The United States Regional Championship program expands to feature two Regional Championships each round!
Starting with Season 3 - Round 2, you can compete for your share of $200,000 in prize pools, Pro Tour Invitations, and a chance to qualify for the pinnacle of Magic competition—the Magic: The Gathering World Championships!
The Regional Championship Qualifier formats for this round are Modern and Bloomburrow Limited.

Beginning with Season 3 - Round 2, the United States Regional Championships will split into two events per round.
Each Regional Championship will feature a $100,000 prize pool, 32 Pro Tour Invitations, and Two Invitations to the Magic: The Gathering World Championships!
The Regional Championships are invitation-only Magic: The Gathering events now held six times each year at SCG CON events. Players can qualify by playing in Regional Championship Qualifiers (RCQs), hosted by WPN and WPN Premium game stores. Top finishers at each Regional Championship earn cash prizes, as well as qualification for the Pro Tour and World Championship.
Season 3 - Round 2 Regional Championships format will be Modern.
Prizes for each $100,000 Regional Championship
| Winner: $20,000.00, Qualification for the World Championship, Pro Tour, and Season 3-Round 3 Regional Championship. |
| Finalist: $10,000.00, Qualification for the World Championship, Pro Tour, and Season 3-Round 3 Regional Championship. |
| 3rd-4th: $5,000.00, Qualification for the Pro Tour and Season 3-Round 3 Regional Championship. |
| 5th-8th: $3,000.00, Qualification for the Pro Tour and Season 3-Round 3 Regional Championship |
| 9th-16th: $2,000.00, Qualification for the Pro Tour and Season 3-Round 3 Regional Championship |
| 17th-32nd: $1,000.00, Qualification for the Pro Tour and Season 3-Round 3 Regional Championship |
| 33rd-64th: $250.00, Qualification for the Season 3-Round 3 Regional Championship |
| 65th-128nd: $125.00, Qualification for the Season 3-Round 3 Regional Championship |
Qualified Players
Season 3 - Round 2
Players who earn multiple qualifications in a Round may participate in both Regional Championship events.
Qualified players may continue to participate in RCQ events regardless of how many qualifications they have earned.
Invites do not pass down
Earning more than two qualifications has no additional benefits
Players that qualify for the United States Regional Championships will be automatically preregistered for the first Regional Championship of the Round on Melee.gg once the organizer of the event where they qualified submits their information
Players who qualify through Magic Online, Magic Arena, or who are qualified directly by Wizards of the Coast will be preregistered at the conclusion of the season when that information is provided to Star City Games.
At the conclusion of the first Regional Championship of the Round the following players will be preregistered for the second Regional Championship of the Round:
